The Power of Science in Recovery
Our analysis infrastructure, compliant with TSE standards, ensures the correct classification of each waste oil and its transformation into quality-controlled products.
At Engin Recycling, scientific accuracy, legal compliance, and environmental awareness are our fundamental principles in our laboratory processes. All our analyses are carried out in accordance with national and international standards (TSE, ASTM, ISO), and every test process is meticulously recorded.
Our laboratory policy is based not only on technical accuracy but also on customer satisfaction, ethical responsibility, and sustainable production. Continuous training, device calibration, quality control, and transparent reporting are indispensable parts of our policy.
🔬 Scientific Approach: Objective, verifiable, and reproducible methods are used in all tests and analyses.
📄 Transparency and Traceability: All analysis processes are recorded, reportable, and auditable.
🛠️ Continuous Calibration: Our laboratory devices are periodically calibrated, and test reliability is guaranteed.
👨🔬 Personnel Competence: All laboratory personnel consist of expert, trained, and certified individuals in their field.
🌱 Environmental Compliance: Our analysis processes are designed to be environmentally friendly and fully compliant with disposal regulations.
Correct decision in recovery begins with accurate analysis. At Engin Recycling, we act on scientific data at every step to make waste oils reusable without harming the environment. Our on-site laboratory is at the center of all processes from sample acceptance to category determination, from process guidance to final product quality control. Thanks to our modern equipment and experienced technical team, we produce reliable results that are not only compliant with regulations but also committed to the principle of sustainability.
Our Laboratory Processes
Our laboratory processes guide the most critical stages of recovery with scientific data. Every step from sample collection to category analysis, from process decision to quality control is meticulously planned. Analyses conducted in accordance with TSE standards ensure both environmentally sensitive and technically reliable results. This structure is one of the cornerstones of sustainable production.
The first step is the safe delivery of samples taken by our authorized personnel from the field to the facility.
Waste oils are evaluated in the laboratory in terms of their physical and chemical (PCB and Chlorine) properties.
Refining or disposal processes are determined according to the type of oil.
Recovered products are tested according to TSE standards and their compliance is approved.
At Engin Recycling laboratory, comprehensive tests evaluating the physical and chemical properties of waste oils are applied. These analyses verify product quality, minimize environmental risks, and ensure full compliance with regulations. Each step is supported by scientific data to create a systematic recycling process.
