Our Services
As Engin Recycling, we offer an integrated service network ranging from environmentally sensitive collection of waste mineral oils to analysis, recovery, and production. We inspire confidence at every stage with our quality standards, legal compliance, and environmental awareness.
We ensure the recovery of waste mineral oils without harming the environment and the execution of environmental management processes in compliance with regulations. All processes are recorded and carried out in accordance with regulations.
The transportation of waste mineral oils is carried out within the scope of environmental permits and UATF (National Waste Transportation Form). Transportation operations performed with our licensed vehicles are conducted in full compliance with regulations.
The detection of PCB and chlorine contents in waste mineral oils plays a decisive role in recovery processes. Analyses are carried out in our laboratories in accordance with international standards.
Physical properties such as flash point and viscosity in base oils are tested in a laboratory environment. Product quality compliance with standards is meticulously evaluated.
Quality control processes are completed by performing flash point and viscosity tests on produced mineral oils. Compliance with TSE and ISO standards is essential.
With our licensed vehicles and expert team, we safely collect waste mineral oils from the source and transport them to the analysis and recovery process. Throughout the process, we operate with a system sensitive to environmental and human health.
Samples taken from waste mineral oils are collected using professional methods for use in accredited analysis processes. It is the first step for correct classification.

Our Products
By processing waste mineral oils with environmentally friendly methods, we transform them into recyclable products for industry such as mold oil, hydraulic oil, and bituminous primer. Produced in accordance with TSE standards, these products offer both environmentally friendly and economical solutions.
It is a specially formulated oil used as a surface protector and separator in metal and wooden molds, eliminating the need for cleaning after application.
Used in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems, providing high performance and long life, produced from recycled high-quality base oil.
High-purity base oil is used as a raw material in mineral oil production. It is safely preferred in various industrial applications with its excellent viscosity balance and oxidation resistance.
Bituminous primer is a solvent-based black primer material that adheres perfectly to the surface for water insulation systems. It is used as the first coat application on metal, concrete, and cement floors, preparing the surface for adhesion.
Recovery Process
As Engin Recycling, we conduct our entire recovery process in compliance with legal regulations and environmental safety to ensure that waste mineral oils are reintroduced into the economy without harming the environment. Waste oils arriving at the facility go through four basic processes from analysis to quality control, transforming them into reusable products of high standards. Every step of the process is recorded, managed traceably, and supported by environmentally compatible technology.
Waste mineral oils reaching our facility are analyzed for PCB and Chlorine content within the scope of the Waste Oil Management Regulation. If the results are found suitable, the waste oils are accepted into the facility.
Accepted waste oils undergo pre-filtering to remove sediment and foreign substances. They are then temporarily stored in red waste oil stock tanks. The tanks are set up with leak-proof concrete floors and a transport pool, prioritizing environmental safety. Waste oils transported to the facility by licensed transport tankers are safely transferred to stock tanks using connection elements and a pump system.
Engin Recycling, as an R9 coded licensed refining facility authorized by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, recycles waste oils using advanced technology. Base oil conforming to TS 13369 standard is obtained through the treatment process. The obtained base oil is sent to the blending unit, enriched with additives, and transformed into mineral oil products such as bituminous primer, mold oil, and hydraulic oil.
The produced mineral oils undergo quality tests in our TURKAK accredited laboratories. Products approved for compliance with TSE standards are placed in appropriate tanks for bulk sale and prepared for shipment.
Laboratory
Waste oils are classified according to their heavy metal, halogen, and PCB contents and directed to appropriate processing.
Produced oils are tested according to TSE standards for criteria such as viscosity, oxidation, and flash point.
Our in-facility laboratory provides 24/7 service with its experienced staff and advanced technology equipment.
